About Me
Insightful. Strategic. Person-centred.
Hi, I'm Simon. Join me as I delve into UK migration policy and practice, exploring implications and person-centred approaches.
For over 20 years, my professional focus has been trauma-informed, holistic support for migrants, people seeking asylum and refugees.
I've led resettlement and employment support, supported accommodation, immigration advice and pioneered innovative solutions to social challenges.
And now, I help organisations and individuals navigate complexity with greater clarity and direction through strategic analysis and person-centred approaches. I'm also a PhD researcher in UK irregular migration policy.
Whether I'm researching policy, supporting organisational strategy, writing, or working one-to-one, I'm usually helping people: understand complex situations more clearly, identify what matters most, and decide what to do next.
Here's what people say about me.
